令和5年度に完成した「R5吉田バイパス用地調査等業務(その2)」業務について、国土交通省北陸地方整備局より局長表彰(優良委託業務)、新潟国道事務所様より事務所長表彰(優良建設技術者)を頂きました!
この栄誉を励みに、さらなる品質向上に努めて参ります。
<業務概要>
本業務は、一般国道116号吉田バイパス事業に必要な土地等の取得等のための用地測量、権利調査を行う業務である。また、当該業務の調査範囲の農地において、圃場整備事業が予定されていることから、関係機関との調整及び農繁期を考慮した工程管理が必要であると共に、用地取得業務が円滑に進むよう地元及び土地所有者への慎重かつ丁寧な対応が求められる業務でもある。
<選定理由>
本業務においては、境界立会前に土地改良区と公図・換地処分資料を基に、意思の疎通を十分に図り、農繁期(稲刈り)前までに境界立会、現地測量作業を完了させ、10月下旬に図面確認を実施し、関係者全員から了解が得られ、工期内に業務を完了させることが出来た。
調査に当たっては、効率的な測量システムの活用、人為的な転記ミスが生じないようなシステムの構築があった他、関係者との良好な関係の構築を図るなど、業務に対する責任感が特に優れていると認められた。
また、用地調査等業務に関して豊富な経験、高度な専門知識を有するベテランから女性及び若手の担当者まで、バランスの良い業務体制が敷かれ、各担当者からは精度の高い業務成果を収めようとする熱意が感じられた。その業務執行体制と取組姿勢は高く評価できる。
